Routes, not roulette.
High-risk processing shouldn’t mean throwing the same file at one bank and hoping it sticks. We prepare it properly, then put it in front of the partners best suited to approve it.
Pre-underwritten before it’s submitted
We build the file the way an acquirer reads it — business model, billing, fulfilment, history — and close the gaps before any bank sees it.
More than one bank behind you
We work with multiple wholesale acquiring partners. If one bank’s appetite changes, we can look to place your file with another — instead of starting over.
People on the account
Your account team answers on Telegram, WhatsApp and phone. No ticket queue, no chatbot, no “we’ll circle back.”
One file. More ways through.
Every application is pre-underwritten once, by people who know what acquiring banks look for. Then it goes where it fits.

Payment platform pulled the plug? Start here.
All-in-one platforms keep narrowing what they’ll process. If your account was frozen or closed, apply today — tell us what happened, and a specialist will review every complete file and map your options.
Refer the merchants others can’t board.
For payment-adjacent businesses: CRMs, chargeback firms, fulfillment houses, call centers, agencies and consultants. Send merchants our way and share in the revenue their accounts generate.
Straight answers.
If yours isn’t here, ask it in your application — a person will answer it.
What makes a business “high-risk”?
Usually some mix of industry, billing model, average ticket, chargeback history and processing history. Being high-risk is not a judgment on your business — it means the account needs the right acquiring partner and a properly prepared file.
Do you guarantee approval?
No one honest can. Acquiring banks make the final decision. What we control is the file: we pre-underwrite it before it is submitted, close gaps up front and route it to the partners best suited to consider it.
How long does it take?
It depends on how complete the file is and on the acquiring partner. Complete files move fastest — which is why we tell you exactly what is missing on day one instead of finding out at the bank.
What will I need to apply?
Typically: business formation documents, a government ID for each owner, recent bank statements, recent processing statements if you already accept cards, a voided check, and a website that meets card-brand requirements. We send a precise checklist once you apply.
What happens if a bank closes my account?
Because we work with more than one acquiring partner, we can look to re-place an eligible business with another. Every new merchant account needs its own approval and capacity is never guaranteed — but you won’t be starting from zero, and you won’t be doing it alone.
Which gateways do you support?
NMI and Authorize.net. If you already run on one of them, we can usually keep your integration and change what sits behind it.
Can I run cards and e-check together?
Yes. Many merchants keep cards for most customers and add e-check for customers who prefer it or for products where card acceptance is restricted. One relationship, two rails.

Submitting an application starts a review. It is not a promise of approval.
